CRI: quality, savings, and control to build the home you dream of

CRI (Construction Resource Innovate) is a project developed by Ecobuildnext, based in Peru, that seeks to revolutionise access to housing in the B2C sector. Our proposal arises in response to a worrying reality: millions of families, especially young people, cannot access decent housing due to high costs, dependence on banks, and the hidden margins of intermediaries.

With CRI, anyone can build their home directly with suppliers and professionals, at the true origin price and with full control over the design, materials, and budget. This model has already transformed lives in areas where it was once impossible to dream of owning a home; now we want to go further.

“This project was born from a simple yet powerful idea: to give families back control over their own housing. We do not sell houses, we transfer the power to build them. We want every person to be able to decide how, when, and with what quality to build their home, without impossible debts or unjustified surcharges,” explains Daniel Rivera, CEO of Ecobuildnext.

Our campaign seeks to raise funds to bring CRI to more families, improving the platform and expanding the network of suppliers and professionals. We want more people to access their first home with transparency and up to 30% savings.
