KEYCIT, Peru, Universidad Continental, one of 20 ideas selected by a global jury to receive support from Santander X Explorer, has launched a crowdfunding campaign to implement an idea that promises to revolutionise water use in communities and industries.

This ClimaTech project has developed modules that transform wastewater into reusable resources, providing access to clean water for communities that currently lack it. Additionally, these modules allow industries to optimise their water consumption by up to 50%. The project aligns with Sustainable Development Goals 6 (Clean Water and Sanitation) and 9 (Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure), aiming to improve the use of natural resources and minimise environmental impact.

Our goal is clear: to save millions of litres of water and help communities and industries operate more sustainably,” says Job Elias, CEO of KEYCIT. Their crowdfunding campaign is already up and running: here you can join the change by contributing to this innovative solution.

Do you also want to launch your project? Sign up for Santander X Explorer, and if your idea is selected at the end of the programme, you'll launch your own crowdfunding campaign with our support.
