In Spain, more and more businesses are realising that** “if you’re not on social media, you don’t exist.”** But creating consistent, high-quality content isn’t easy: internal teams don’t have the time, founders can’t sustain it long-term, and when they try to find someone to help, they end up lost among CVs that say nothing about who actually communicates well on camera. On top of that, content creators aren’t usually on traditional recruitment platforms, which turns the whole process into a mess of video tests, scattered messages, and countless hours spent before finding someone who truly matches the brand’s tone and personality.

On the other hand, content creators — young people eager to work in what they love — face the same obstacles time and time again: precarious work, lack of stability, and very few long-term opportunities with real growth prospects.

OLA Creators (Spain, EDEM) was born precisely at this intersection. It’s the first platform in Spain specialised in connecting brands and creators to build long-term relationships. “We want creators to find a stable professional path, and for companies to stop wasting time and resources looking for talent they can’t find. We believe in a new way of working in social media — more human, more sustainable, and fairer. OLA isn’t just a platform; it’s a community where creators and brands grow together,” explains Claudia, co-founder of the project.

Our crowdfunding campaign, selected by a global jury to receive support from Santander X Explorer, seeks to fund OLA’s next steps — from improving the matchmaking that connects similar brands and creators, to organising in-person events, offering specialised resources, and opening new opportunities for everyone who’s part of this community.

The minimum goal is €1,500, though we’d love to reach €3,000 to take a bigger leap: to double our online community, reach 2,500 creators registered on the platform, and continue positioning OLA as the go-to place when someone asks, “Hey, do you know anyone good to create content for my company?”

You can follow the progress of our campaign and find out how to collaborate here. Every contribution, no matter how small, brings us closer to helping more companies find their ideal creator, and to helping more creators make a living from their talent.
