In a context where digital transformation is advancing rapidly and the labour market increasingly demands specialised profiles, Tech Academy has emerged as a concrete response to bridge the gap between traditional education and the digital skills companies require.
Selected by a global jury in Santander X Explorer as one of the 20 ideas to receive training and support in crowdfunding, Tech Academy** is now launching its campaign** with the goal of raising 2,500 US dollars to expand access to its training and strengthen its learning platform.
What makes Tech Academy different?
Unlike large-scale training programmes, Tech Academy offers an** educational experience focused on real employability** and professional practice:
At Tech Academy, students take part in** live, interactive classes** with close mentorship that covers both technical and strategic aspects. They also work on real challenges alongside companies from the region, enriching their portfolios and professional experience. In addition, they benefit from progressive, adaptive assessments that certify specific skills such as Figma, UX architecture or prototyping, while becoming part of an active community of designers, entrepreneurs and businesses that enhances their learning and career opportunities.
A mission linked to social impact
The crowdfunding campaign is aligned with SDG 4 (Quality Education) and SDG 10 (Reduced Inequalities). With the funds raised, Tech Academy aims to provide access to more students in disadvantaged economic situations and to scale its training model to reach thousands of people across Latin America.
“Our motivation is clear: to democratise access to quality digital education. We saw how many talented people were left out of opportunities because they could not access specialised training, and we decided we had to be the bridge. We don’t just teach theory – our students learn through real case studies, which truly prepares them for the job market and changes their lives,” says** Erika Kishishita, co-founder of Tech Academy.**
How to contribute
The goal is to raise 2,500 US dollars in this first campaign. The funds will enable more students to access training programmes, while also supporting the improvement of the platform and the consolidation of an innovative, scalable educational model.
