You don't know it, but... you are an entrepreneur

Everyone says you have to define your future, but what if you don't? Or rather: what if you know that your future is not going to be like the others', even if you don't know exactly what to do to differentiate yourself? The idea of achieving financial independence through a project that helps solve problems and promotes the well-being of others is on your mind. That's called entrepreneurship. And maybe you still don't know it, but you are an entrepreneurial person, and with Road to Explorer, you can take the first step towards tomorrow, your tomorrow.

It doesn't matter if you haven't identified a problem (not to mention its solution) or if you're not sure how to do it, because this programme, created in collaboration with the Institute for the Future of Education at the Tecnológico de Monterrey (Mexico), adapting its SEL4C methodology, is going to help you... in just three weeks.

First week: You will learn what pains are and which UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are related to the one you have observed in your closest environment.

Second week: You will choose a problem and learn about entrepreneurship to improve the world.

Third week: Using a very effective methodology, you will ask yourself the questions that will lead you to a solution.

But that's not all; in Road to Explorer, you will also find other people who, like you, are looking for a project or even a team. Networking, one of the pillars of entrepreneurship, will be constant in these weeks: not only will you "match" to give or receive feedback on the tasks you have to deliver, but that contact can go further. Chat, video calls, and comments will help you find partners with similar interests or ideas to yours, and unity is strength!

Of course, you can also start all of this on your own: another goal of this first step is for you to discover your entrepreneurial skills, so you will take a test in which you will evaluate these abilities yourself at the beginning and end of the programme. You will be surprised to see how you have evolved! All of this will prepare you for the next stage: Santander X Explorer.
